Municipal Election - March 24, 2026 Qualifying begins December 1 -9, 2025

The Town of Hypoluxo General Municipal Election

The Town of Hypoluxo will hold a General Municipal Election on Tuesday, March 10, 2026  from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM for the purpose of electing three (3) members to the Town Council, each for a three-year term.  A Runoff Election, if necessary, will be held on Tuesday, March 24, 2026.

Persons seeking election may qualify with the Town Clerk beginning at noon on Monday, December 1, 2025 through noon, on Tuesday, December 9, 2025.  Candidates will be required to submit a $78.00 filing fee.

All Hypoluxo registered voters (Precincts 3401 and 3402) will vote at Hypoluxo Town Hall, 7580 S. Federal Highway, Hypoluxo, FL.  The last day for voters to register for the General Municipal election is Tuesday, February 9, 2026 by 5:00 PM.
