HYPOLUXO SCRUB TRAILHEAD

The Town of Hypoluxo will conduct a public meeting to discuss capital improvements for the Hypoluxo Scrub Trailhead Project.  The sole purpose of this meeting wikll be to discuss a $200,000 application for a RTP Grant to held finance improvements to the facility.  The meeting will be conducted at the following date, time and location:

             Resolution 17-463 – Resolution approving an agreement for vote processing equipment use and elections services with the Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections.

             Resolution 17-464 - Resolution announcing the date of the General Election and run-Off Election, designating the polling location; requesting the Supervisor of Elections Conduct the Election; authorizing the Supervisor of Elections to Certify the Accuracy of the quipment; and handle, certify and canvass all ballots, including absentee ballots; appointing a Canvassing Board.

             Second and Final Reading of Ordinance 209 Amending the General Requirements Element and the Coastal Management Element of the Town's Comprehensive Plan and adopting a revised Future Lane Use Map (Adoption Hearing).
