      Proposed Ordinance 214:  An Ordinance of the Town Council of the Town of Hypoluxo, Florida, amending Chapter 28, "Land Development," of the Town Code of Ordinances to adopt regulations for reasonable accomodation requests for residents of recovery residences; amending Article X, "Administration and Enforcement," by Adopting a new Section 28-211, "Reasonable Accomodation Procedures and Requirements for residents of recovery residence;"providing for codification; providing for severability; providing for an effective date; and for other purposes.

       (1)  Staff Report by Attorney Leonard Rubin

       (2)  Open the public portion of the Public Hearing

              Anyone wishing to speak please step forward

and state your name and address.

       (3)  Close the public portion of the Hearing.

       (4)   Recommendation of the Planning & Zoning Board.
